Technical Support

Go to the Technical Support community to find answers to technical community-related questions.

Click on the "Communities of Practice" link in the sidebar on the left side of your screen.

Tab down until you see "Technical Support."

If you have not yet joined, join now. (See the directions for joining in the Communities of Practice - Selecting and Joining of this user's guide.)

Click on the title.

First, check to see if your question can be answered by the existing topics. If not, add a topic to post your question, or a problem you encountered and resolved yourself. This helps others use the Community successfully.
