Library
The Community's library is a dynamic, ever-growing collection of teaching materials, research articles, and state and federal documents concerning reading instruction. The lesson plans and classroom stories generated in the Communities of Practice can also be found in the library.
Classroom Stories
The library contains classroom stories (listed by the name of the originating Community of Practice), along with other documents of interest to reading teachers.
To view a classroom story, click the title of the Community of Practice containing the classroom story you wish to view. Then click the title of the classroom story.
Lesson Plans
The library contains lesson plans (listed by the name of the originating Community of Practice), along with other documents of interest to reading teachers.
To view a lesson plan, click the title of the Community of Practice containing the lesson plan you wish to view. Then click the title of the lesson plan.
Library Documents
The library contains many documents of interest to reading teachers. The library lists the categories followed by a list of documents in each area. To view a category, click the category title.
To view a document, click the document title.
To add to your library (My Library), click the "Add to My Library" link.
Navigating the Library Documents
You can focus your navigation by following links identified by type of resource (Classroom Stories, Lesson Plans, or Library Documents), by Community of Practice, or by Online Academy topic.
