| Collaborate
RT3 is bringing Texas teachers together to
talk about what’s important to them. RT3 has two varieties
of discussion forums. The Communities of Practice are topic-focused
forums on specific reading issues. Here, members can share
classroom experiences and lesson plans, receive peer and expert
feedback, and see what other teachers across the state are
doing in their classrooms. Shared materials undergo a review
process and then go into the community library. The other forums
are informal meeting places where teachers from all over the
state can build relationships by exchanging ideas about topics
of their choice.
